Plain terms for using this early-access site and the Numera testnet. Please read them before you join the waitlist.

  1. What this is

    Numera Liquidation Cover is a testnet experiment. It runs on HyperEVM testnet with mock USDC. Nothing on this site uses real funds.

  2. Not insurance, not an offer, not advice

    It is not insurance. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell anything, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Figures on the site are illustrative estimates, not quotes.

  3. Mock funds, no real payout

    Testnet covers pay mock funds that have no value. No real payout is made or promised. A future mainnet product, if there is one, would come with its own terms.

  4. Who may use it

    You must be 18 or older, and not a resident or citizen of, or located in, the US, the UK, Ontario (Canada) or a sanctioned jurisdiction. Do not hide your location to get around this. We may refuse requests from those regions.

    This follows the restrictions that apply to Hyperliquid, to which the product is linked. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.

  5. The waitlist

    Joining the waitlist is free and gives you no right to access, to a payout or to any product. How we handle your details is in the privacy notice.

  6. No warranty

    The site, the testnet contracts and the estimates are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The contracts have had no independent audit and may contain bugs, the testnet can be reset, and the figures may be wrong or out of date.

  7. Limit of liability

    To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, that arises from your use of this site or the testnet. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

  8. Changes to these terms

    We may change these terms. The version at the top shows the current text; a change applies from when it is published and only to later use.

  9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
